How do I book a cab?+
Choose your pickup and drop, date and time on the home page and press Search Cabs. Pick a car, fill in your name and number and press Book. You get an email right away and we call you with the driver details.
Is the fare shown final?+
Yes. It covers the car and the driver for your route. Toll, parking and state entry tax (if any) are paid as per actuals.
One-way and round trip - what is the difference?+
One-way: we drop you and you pay only for that side. Round trip: the same car and driver stay with you and bring you back. Every extra day of a round trip is charged at the car’s per-day rate.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. To change the date, time or car, just call or WhatsApp us with your booking ID.
How do I pay?+
Pay the driver in cash or UPI during the trip. Companies can ask for a GST invoice and monthly billing.
Do you run cabs at night?+
Yes, 24 × 7 - including early-morning airport drops and late-night pickups.
